For the first time this year, the Car Collection Motorsport team will contest a race on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. The team will enter an Audi R8 LMS GT3 evo II with starting number 33 in the Pro-Am class in the 6-hour race as part of the Nürburgring Endurance Series NLS.
Car Collection Motorsport was a regular on the Nürburgring Nordschleife for many years. The team from Walluf is returning to this exciting track for NLS 4. With an Audi R8 LMS GT3 evo II and drivers Klaus Koch, Florian Spengler, Johannes Stengel and Alex Fontana, Car Collection will compete in the ROWE 6h ADAC Ruhr-Pokal race on 3 August in the Pro-Am class.
Klaus Koch mainly drives the Car Collection Audi in the GTC Race, while Florian Spengler drove the Audi successfully in the ADAC GT Masters for many years. Johannes Stengel has already driven for Car Collection Motorsport several times in the past. Swiss driver Alex Fontana normally competes in the Car Collection Porsche in the International GT Open Championship and is now also returning to the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
As always, qualifying and the entire race will be broadcast as a live stream on the NLS website. Qualifying will start at 8.30 a.m. and the race will start at 12 noon.
